At Niora, we are committed to offering a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers in the United Kingdom, with clear and simple shipping terms. We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Below you will find the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM GMT. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add one extra day to the delivery time.
- Processing time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday). Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped with one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 1 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 business days.

Shipping guidelines
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or delays with the carrier. These factors are outside our control.
- Incorrect address information, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues may also cause delays.
Delivery area
- Niora delivers orders only within the United Kingdom.
- Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order via the page Track my order.
If you have not received your tracking number, or if it is not updating, please contact us and we will assist you.
Changing the delivery address
- We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped.
- If you need to update the address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at support@niora.co.uk.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this 5-minute cancellation window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.
- Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still use your right of return in accordance with our Return Policy.
Unexpected delays
- The delivery times above are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and external factors.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us – our team will be happy to assist you.
Package damaged during transport
- If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.
- If the package was delivered while you were away, please send us an email with photos so we can arrange further assistance.
