14 day returns

Return costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered products:
There is no cost for the customer. This applies if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered upon receipt.

In case of cancellation / change of mind:
If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return fees:
We do not charge any return fees.

How to return an item

Pack the item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.

Send the item back:
Follow the return instructions you receive from customer service after your return request has been approved.

Refund process

Refund:

Exchanges
